The police caught a man with 31 prohibited injections in the Jwalapur area on Saturday.The police are taking consistent action against drug smuggling in the district. A few days ago the police had nabbed a man with 104 prohibited injections from the same area.
Jwalapur police has been conducting a campaign against drugs from the past few days. Some local youth are also helping the police nab the drug smugglers by providing actionable information. On Saturday afternoon, the police got information that a youth from outside was coming to Jwalapur from Ranipur Jhal side carrying narcotic injections. On the basis of this information, Jwalapur Kotwali sub-inspector Mahipal Singh and his team arrested a motorcycle rider with 31 prohibited injections. According to the police, the name of the accused is Manish Mittal, who is a resident of Mohalla Chauhanan area in Jwalapur.
Jwalapur Kotwali inspector RK Saklani informed that a man was nabbed by the police with 31 prohibited injections.The drug controller was called to verify the seized drugs and she also confirmed that the unrestricted sale of injections recovered from the man is illegal.
