The police have nabbed the owner of drug rehabilitation centre at Clement Town in Dehradun, Vidyadutt Raturi for the alleged sexual assault on four women inmates in his centre. On Friday, four young women had fled from the rehabilitation centre after purportedly locking the manager Vibha Singh in a room.
After being caught by the police on Saturday, they accused the owner and manager of assaulting them physically and sexually during their stay in the rehabilitation centre. Though the police had already caught the manager on Saturday, the owner had fled the city.
The police team headed by police inspector Dharmendra Singh Rautela caught the owner Raturi from Rishikesh Road in Shyampur on Monday. Raturi stated to the police that after the police caught the four women, he removed both sim cards from his mobile phone and escaped to avoid his arrest.
