Police have registered cases under relevant sections against the students for indulging in scuffles in Clement Town Dehradun after hearing the versions of both sides. Besides, police are interrogating some youths who are suspected to be involved in the clash after taking them into custody. Police said that videos had been seen to fix the responsibility of the clash among the students. Further, police impounded two cars involved in the incident. It is also learnt that one of the students involved in the clash is a student of Graphic Era University. He was suspended from the university after senior police officers informed the administrative officers of the institution. Senior police officials made it clear that such violence in public places would not be tolerated and strict actions would be taken against those involved.
