Adequate police force will be deployed in sensitive and mixed-population areas. Special checking will be carried out at religious places, railway stations and bus stands with the help of bomb disposal squads and dog squads.
Police have been told to keep strict watch on
anti-social elements and those who may try to disturb communal harmony. The social media monitoring cell will also remain active to track rumours and take legal action against those spreading false information.
