Portals of the departments should be user friendly: CM to officers

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the portals of the departments should be user friendly. He directed the secretaries that they should hold monthly meetings on the CM dashboard. The CM reviewed the CM dashboard ‘Darpan 2.0’ at the secretariat on Monday. In the meeting he directed the officials to connect all the departments to the CM dashboard and also upload the data of the ongoing projects of all the departments. On a stren note, the CM directed all the departments to update their ongoing projects on the portal in next 15 days. He said that the departments will have to upload the data of the previous month by the 7th of every month. Dhami told the officers that along with CM Helpline 1905, he will also hold a review of the CM dashboard every month.
The CM said that the main objective of the CM dashboard is to solve public problems and for this the departments should identify the problems and find their solutions.He said that work should be done at a fast pace for the welfare of the poor, youth, farmers and women.
Dhami said that flagship schemes of the Union and the State governments should be mandatorily displayed on the CM dashboard. He said that departments associated with providing employment and self-employment should organize workshops in mutual coordination, in which subject experts should also be included. He said that along with higher education, the focus should be on providing employment to youth.
The deputy chairman of the State infrastructure monitoring committee Vishwas Dabar, chief secretary Radha Raturi, principal secretary RK Sudhanshu and L Fanai, special principal secretary Amit Sinha, Head of Forest Force Dhananjay Mohan, secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, Shailesh Bagoli, Nitesh Jha, Radhika Jha, Dilip Jawalkar, BVRC Purushottam and others attended the meeting.
