Congress MLA from Pratapnagar Assembly constituency Vikram Singh Negi became indisposed when the proceedings of the house were underway on Friday.
Following complaints of shivering and high fever Negi was examined by the doctors in the dispensary of the Vidhan Sabha.
The doctors referred him to the Government Doon Medical College (GDMC) hospital where he was admitted. Negi is said to be suffering from dengue.
