Following the footsteps of Chakrata MLA Pritam Singh who has threatened to boycott the meetings of the business advisory committee of Vidhan Sabha, the Congress MLA from Pratapnagar Vikram Singh Negi has said that he will boycott the meetings of the district plan of Tehri if minister in charge Premchand Agarwal attends the meeting.

Interacting with the mediapersons at his residence in MLA hostel Dehradun on Tuesday, Negi said that the conduct of the Parliamentary Affairs minister Premchand Agarwal during the Vidhan Sabha budget session was highly deplorable and unparliamentary. He said that the behaviour of the minister is an attack on the prestige and soul of Uttarakhand and there is anger among the people of the mountainous parts of the State on the issue.

Negi said that he will boycott the meetings of the district plan attended by minister in charge Agarwal. He said that Agarwal is getting support from the government and BJP.
