The absence of former Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Pritam Singh on the first day of two day deliberations on Udaipur declaration raised many eyebrows. The camp followers of the powerful Chakrata MLA claimed that their leader is annoyed with the in charge of Uttarakhand Congress Devendra Yadav and he would not attend the workshop till Yadav is removed. Later Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara clarified that Pritam Singh could not attend the programme as he is busy in a family programme.
