PRSI delegation invites CM Dhami for national convention in Dehradun

Led by Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal, a delegation of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Dehradun chapter, met chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his residence on Friday.
The delegation extended a formal invitation to the CM for the National Public Relations Convention scheduled to be held in Dehradun from December 13 to 15 . The delegation presented the convention brochure to the CM and shared information about the activities and objectives of the organisation.
The delegation informed that the theme for this year’s convention is “Role of Public Relations in Viksit Bharat @ 2047.” More than 300 representatives from various states across the country will participate in the event.
Expressing happiness on the organisation of the national convention, the CM said that public relations will play a crucial role in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that public relations tools can make significant contributions towards effective branding of Uttarakhand’s tourism, culture, and local products. He also emphasized the need for deliberation on the positive use of social media, continuous communication with the public, prevention of fake news, and the growing impact of AI in the media and public relations sector.
The president of Dehradun chapter of PRSI Ravi Bijarniya, secretary Anil Sati, treasurer Suresh Bhatt, coordinator Siddharth Bansal and others were part of the delegation.
