Queensland’s growing presence in the Indo-Pacific education sector was highlighted at DIDAC India 2025, where several Queensland-based Skills and EdTech organisations interacted with Indian policymakers, educators and industry executives. Supported by Study Queensland and Trade and Investment Queensland, the delegation presented innovative solutions in vocational training, leadership growth, STEM education and student wellness, key areas for India’s upcoming educational reform.
The organisations, APAC, Signet Institute of Australia, eSkilled, Canterbury Technical Institute, Vibe College, Switch4Schools, Science Adventure Books, STEM Punks and Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) showcase Queensland’s strength in industry-driven training and technology-supported education. Every organisation participated in DIDAC with a specific aim: to establish enduring partnerships that align with India’s NEP 2020 and the increasing need for skill-oriented, employability-focused education.
For example, ALA showcased its AI-driven method for cultivating “power skills” like leadership, resilience and problem-solving abilities increasingly sought after in Indian industries. STEM Punks highlighted its practical innovation initiatives in AI, robotics and design thinking, strengthening Queensland’s international standing in STEM excellence.
Simultaneously, eSkilled presented its AI Course Creator, aimed at assisting institutions in expanding quality vocational training throughout ITIs, universities and workforce development initiatives. Switch4Schools showcased how neuroscience-based wellbeing tools can assist teachers in various classroom environments, even those with minimal resources.
The common thread among these Queensland providers is their unified conviction that India is not merely a partner market but a key ally in influencing the worldwide landscape of education and workforce preparedness.
As DIDAC India 2025 gains traction, Queensland is enhancing its position as a reliable partner for significant, scalable and forward-thinking educational partnerships.
