Questions are being raised on the sudden transfer of a woman forest inspector by the forest department. It is being asked why she has been transferred and who were behind this transfer. Notably, the mining mafias are very powerful in Ramnagar terai west forest division. At present, mining is going on Koshi and Dabka rivers. Taking advantage of this, the miners are illegally mining in the Dharalle area. A few days ago, the mining mafias humiliated the woman forest inspector and then she submitted a written complaint in the Ramnagar police station. But she was later given a transfer order. It is pertinent to mention that since 2007 a dozen attacks have been made on the forest employees at the behest of the mining mafias.
