Former national president of Congress Rahul Gandhi will address virtual meeting on February 5 at two places in Uttarakhand- Kichha and Jwalapur. He will address the farmers meeting at Kichha Mandi (AC-Kichha) and a virtual rally at Jawahar Lal Nehru Youth Center in Jwalapur area in Haridwar. He will also attend Ganga Aarti in Har Ki Pauri in the evening. The general secretary of Congress, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was also Dehradun on Wednesday to address virtual rallies in 70 assembly constituencies.
