Railway minister & CM talk to students travelling in first Delhi-Doon Vande Bharat Express before its flagging off

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to flag off the inaugural run of the first Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express through video conferencing from Delhi.  Before this flagging off ceremony, the railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami talked to the students travelling in the Vande Bharat Express in Dehradun railway station.
