The weather may take a turn yet again in some parts of the state on Holi. The State meteorological centre has forecast light to moderate rainfall / thunderstorm at isolated places in Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts while dry weather is likely to prevail in the remaining districts of the State. The provisional state capital Dehradun is forecast to experience partly cloudy sky with thunder cloud development likely to occur in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures here are likely to be about 33 degrees Celsius and 19 degrees Celsius respectively on Friday.
Meanwhile, the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain 4-6 degrees Celsius above normal at a few places in the State during the next three-four days and decrease gradually thereafter.
