In the meeting the minister also reviewed the progress of Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat campaign with all the chief medical officers (CMO) in a virtual mode.
The minister directed the CMOs to make Nikshay Mitras within a week in their respective districts. He said that more than 5,000 Niskshay Mitras have been made in Uttarakhand which is the second highest in the country.
Rawat exuded confidence that the State would be made free from TB till the year 2024 and efforts on the war scale are going on to achieve this target.
