The State minister for women empowerment and child development Rekha Arya and the chairperson of the Uttarakhand State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Geeta Khanna along with 35 girls watched the film The Kerala Story in a cinema in Dehradun. After watching the film, the minister said that it is not just a film but a reflection of the grim incidents happening now at the local, national and international levels. She said she had come to watch this film with girls to make them aware of what is going on and to warn them against falling in such deadly traps.
