In latest news from Uttarakhand, body of the daughter of Rishikesh kotwali sub-inspector was recovered from near the Tin Pani pulia off Dehradun Road under the Raiwala police station limit. Later, the body was sent to the AIIMS Rishikesh for post-mortem.
The deceased was identified as Arti Dobral, daughter of Shivprasad Dobral. Raiwala police said that as per preliminary probe, the woman’s throat was slit by a sharp-edged knife. The probe further revealed that a friend of Arti jumped into Chilla Shakti nahar the same night. Meanwhile, Dehradun SSP Ajai Singh visited the murder spot and took all information.
