The Roorkee joint magistrate Apoorva Panday has started Covid-19 vaccination drive on the instruction of Haridwar district magistrate. Under this drive, the administration aims to vaccinate 10 villages in each block of Roorkee.
Pandey informed that the administration is also taking help from Ashas and Anganwadi workers to achieve the 100 per cent vaccination target by running awareness campaigns to encourage people to get vaccinated against Covid.
