In latest news from Uttarakhand, the Udham Singh Nagar district police have firmed up a traffic diversion plan in view of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election rally in Rudrapur slated on April 2. As per the plan, movement of heavy vehicles from across the district border areas will not be allowed from 5 am until further order.
