Cases amounting to about Rs 130 crore were settled by the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in the national Lok Adalat held at DRT, Dehradun under the chairmanship of presiding officer Umesh Kumar Sharma along with secretary/registrar Yogesh Kumar and recovery officer RP Singh. The tribunal had started the ground work for the national Lok Adalat about one month before the due date. A total of 56 cases were settled and disposed of involving public money of about Rs 130 crore.
