A seven-day faculty development programme was inaugurated at JBIT by public service commission member Jagmohan Singh Rana, Uttarakhand Technical University ex-VC BK Tiwari, the institute’s vice chairman Sandeep Singhal and Startup Uttarakhand deputy director Rajendra Kumar. Referring to innovation and entrepreneurship, Rana said that the Indian youth are capable of achieving a lot. Singhal informed that the programme is being held with the support of Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre and Startup Uttarakhand. Subject experts will inform the faculty and students about research and entrepreneurship during the programme, he said.
