During the meeting, several important proposals may be approved. There may be detailed discussion on the ongoing char dham yatra and on tourism sector. The hemp policy may figure in the cabinet meeting. The State has a hemp policy but a new hemp policy may be introduced where the cannabis would be used as medical cannabis. Besides, the jail manual may be approved in the cabinet meeting. It will include the structure of the jail employees and the relaxation of the rules concerning the inmates of the jails. Besides, the revised rules for setting up private universities in the State, recruitment of BRP/CRP through outsourcing and the ministers’ authority to write ACRs of the officers working under them may figure in the cabinet meeting.
