SGRR group first in U’khand to give paid menstruation leave to female staff

In a first in the State, Shri Guru Ram Rai University and Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission have declared Menstruation Leave Policy. With this order, now female faculties, staff and students of SGRR University and SGRR Education Mission will get menstruation paid leave. Senior functionaries of SGRR Group management said that they have become the first institutions in Uttarakhand to take the cognizance of the problem of maternal power, adding that this type of leave would increase the work efficiency and motivation of the female staff members.
Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission management released the circular for the execution of this decision. Under this menstruation leave policy, the first day of menstruation has been declared as leave.
