In order to enhance the credibility of Silk Mark scheme launched by the Central government- meant to help consumers identify genuine pure natural silk products easily- the Silk Mark Organisation of India is hosting Silk Mark Expo in Dehradun from September 12 to 18. The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will be the chief guest at the inaugural function while the Agriculture minister Ganesh Joshi and the Education minister Dhan Singh Rawat will be present aside from a number of senior officers. Notably, 12 expos are being organised in major metros across the country and 26 participants have been finalised for the second such expo in Dehradun.
