Special prayers were organised in the Char Dham shrines on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday. A special prayer (Ardas) was also held at the Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara on the day.
These prayers were held at the behest of Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Special prayers and Maha- Rudrabhishek were held in Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri on the birthday of PM Modi.
Through these prayers, CM Dhami wished for a healthy and long life for PM Modi. Dhami said that the PM has a special affinity towards Uttarakhand and under his direction a large number of schemes and projects are operational in the State.
