State administration responsible for chaos in Pithoragarh recruitment rally: Dasauni

 The chief spokesperson of Uttarakhand Congress Garima Dasauni has said that the mismanagement and chaos in the recruitment rally of Territorial Army (TA) in Pithoragarh has exposed the State government.

She said that about 35,000 youngsters arrived at a recruitment rally held for 117 posts in the TA which created massive chaos in Pithoragarh on Tuesday. Dasauni said that the administration had made no arrangement for transportation due to which thousands of aspirants were forced to spend the night in the open.  She said that the government had made no arrangements for them and the situation took such a turn that the lathicharge was used to disperse youngsters. 

Dasauni said that the surge of youngsters in recruitment rally also highlights the unemployment situation in the country. She said that the mismanagement in the rally has tarnished the image of Uttarakhand in the country.
