State Foundation Day: CM speaks of U’khand’s development march

In latest news from Uttarakhand, while participating in the Silver Jubilee celebration of Uttarakhand’s foundation held in Police Lines here, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami spoke in length of the developmental milestones the State has achieved over the past decade under the dynamic guidance of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He mentioned the enforcement of the country’s most stringent anti-copying act and the country’s first Uniform Civil Code’s passage in the State Assembly waiting to be enforced soon. He also dwelt on the historic 30 per cent reservation for women and 10 per cent reservation for the Statehood activists in the State government jobs. Further, he declared that his government is all set to roll out women’s policy and youth policy with their all-round development in view. He moreover mentioned the astounding progress made in the past ten years in road, rail and air connectivity.
