In latest news from Uttarahand, while participating in Shri Ram Katha being organised from June 7 to 15 in the ancient Radha Krishna temple at Raj Ghat in Kankhal, the State cabinet minister Ganesh Joshi took blessing from the Padma Vibhushan Swami Rambhadracharya who is the Tulsi Peethadheeshwar and listened to Ram Katha recited by Swami Rambhadracharya himself. Lauding the saint as a great one of this century, the minister said that he guides them to the Truth and Light.
While elaborating on Shri Ram Katha, Swami Rambhadracharya said that in Kaliyug, one might get liberated from the traps of Maya only by listening to Shri Ram Katha on the holy banks of Ganga.
