Senior teacher of Kendriya Vidyalaya II Roorkee and a litterateur, Ghanshyam Badal was given a warm farewell upon retirement on Saturday by the teachers and staff members of the school. He had served Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for about 30 years.
Chairing the programme, the principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya II, Netra Singh dwelt on his qualities as a teacher. Badal also spoke on the occasion.
