THDC India Limited has been certified as a ‘Great Place To Work’, informed its chairman and managing director RK Vishnoi on Tuesday and attributed it to the company’s effective human resource practices on organisational growth. He further said that the certification not just strengthened THDCIL’s standing as a leader in the energy sector but also set an HR standard benchmark for other organisations to follow. Dwelling on the THDCIL’s mission, Vishnoi said that while maintaining a sustained growth trajectory, THDCIL seeks to strike a harmonious balance between success and tranquillity, offering its employees an ideal environment to thrive and prosper.
Lauding the certification, THDCIL’s director (Personnel), Shallinder Singh said that this is a testament to THDCIL’s team efforts, to nurture a positive and supportive workplace environment for its employees. He further emphasised that the success of an organisation relies on three core principles: transparency, objectivity and honesty.
