THDCIL, Raj govt ink MoU for 1,600 MW pumped storage projects

THDC India Limited signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan for the development of two Pumped Storage Projects (PSPs) in the State- Bisanpura PSP (800 MW) at Indargarh in Bundi district and Rampura PSP (800 MW) at Uniara in Tonk district totalling 1,600 MW capacity and involving a proposed investment of Rs 8,800 crores. The chairman and managing director THDCIL R K Vishnoi said that MoU had been signed during the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Meet. The Rajasthan chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and the State minister of youth affairs and sports Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore were present. The CM committed his governments
