The Asian School organised its inter-house cross country competition on Saturday. A total of 474 students in three categories- junior boys, girls and senior boys, participated in the run. The race was flagged off by the school principal Ruchi Pradhan Datta early in the morning with the staff members lined up along the route at various points.
The distance to be paced by junior boys and girls was 2.5 kilometres while senior boys had to cover a distance of five kilometres. Ranjit House bagged the overall first position, whereas Aditya Raj of class VIII stood first among the junior boys,Vaniya Sushi of class X topped the girls category while Shashwat Gupta of class XI topped the senior boys category.
