The Doon School to admit meritorious students from poor families on scholarship

The Doon School is all set to enable the meritorious children from poor families to study in the school. It is learnt that those who will be selected through the pre and main exams will be given scholarship from 20 percent to 120 percent by the school management, given the financial status of their families. The school administration has already started the process.

The pre exam will be held on July 16. The online application process is starting this month. Under this scheme, students will be admitted in 7^th and 8^th classes and the number of seats will remain unfixed.

The school management further said that it will bear the expenses involved in their studies, hostel accommodation and meals.
