Three men including two police constables died after their motorcycle collided with a Tempo Traveller on the Badrinath national highway.
Sources informed that at 11 AM, a motorcycle met with an accident involving a Tempo Traveller when the rider was reportedly trying to overtake the vehicle in the Birahi area of Chamoli. The three men on the motorcycle died on the spot.
The police reached the site and sent the bodies to the district hospital for post mortem. Those who died in the mishap have been identified as police constables Sachin Kumar and Jayveer along with local resident Deepak who was riding the motorcycle.
