Digital technology company, To The New recently opened a new office in Dehradun’s IT Park to leverage the area’s diverse talent pool and support its growth strategy. With this addition, The company now has six offices across the world. Besides its main delivery centre in Noida, the company has offices in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Singapore. The new office aims to generate employment opportunities for the locals and expand services for its clients.
The Dehradun office is the first of many small satellite offices that To The New plans to open as part of a future strategy. Through this expansion, the company will continue its hiring efforts, facilitate collaboration, and provide more choices to its employees. The company is also planning hiring drives in the city’s engineering colleges.
The company’s COO and co-founder Narinder Kumar said, “Dehradun was the obvious choice for our new office considering we already have more than 50 people from Dehradun and its reputation as an educational hub. Our new office will help us drive technology innovation and focus on local talent and fresh graduates so that they can help support the existing clients.”
As per To The New’s internal survey, 53 per cent of its employees wanted to work from home, 40 per cent preferred a hybrid working setup and eight per cent wanted to return to the office. Based on these results, the company adopted a hybrid work-from-home model that offers the flexibility of working from anywhere which would help its workers strike a balance between work and personal life.
