The State Tourism minister Satpal Maharaj said that the ‘Gham Taapo Tourism’-a term coined by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his recent Uttarakhand visit- would go a long way in expanding the winter tourism limits in the State. “New tourist destinations will come up across the State following the PM’s Harshil-Mukhba trip,” he said, adding that taking cue from the PM’s suggestion, the Tourism department would soon start identifying places where corporate weddings could be held.
