A youth was killed when a tractor rammed the bike he was riding at Pantnagar in Udham Singh Nagar district. Police said that the mishap happened on Pantnagar bypass. The body was sent for autopsy. The deceased was identified as Lakhveer Singh (36), resident of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, presently working at Planet Honda in Rudrapur. His family members had been informed, Police added.
