Earthquake that originated in Afghanistan shook Uttarakhand on Tuesday night. It was measured on Richter scale at 6.6. Notably, Uttarakhand has been feeling the tremors of various intensities for the past few days. The people felt continuous tremors around 10.20 pm. The tremor was felt for over 1 minute. Some of the people, panicky with the tremor, rushed out of their houses and came out in the open space.
