Former chief minister and Member of Parliament (MP) from Haridwar Trivendra Singh Rawat met Union Defence minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Friday. It is learnt that the two leaders discussed many issues including the political scenario of the State.
In the meeting Rawat informed the union minister about the problems of the public in the Roorkee and Raiwala cantonment. The former CM said that being a Lok Sabha MP from Haridwar, the timely solution of the problems of the people is his priority. He said that the meetings with the Union Defence minister are always positive and give inspiration and energy to him.
