In latest news from Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) in collaboration with Agastya International Foundation has launched a lab on wheels van in Bageshwar district. Flagging it off at the Government Inter College campus, the MLA Parvati Das said that this van would help students from classes VI to X easily understand the difficult parts of mathematics and science. “This is an innovative experiment meant to make complex and difficult themes of science and mathematics easier for the students to understand. Students from rural and remote villages of the district will be particularly benefited,” she added.
The district chief education officer, Gajendra Saun said this van would visit 20 local schools.
