The former national president of the Congress party, Rahul Gandhi will pay his third visit to the Uttarakhand state to address the Congress rally on February 10 ahead of the Uttarakhand assembly polls. He will address a public rally in Srinagar city and Almora. On the other hand, the party’s general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will also reach the poll-bound state on February 12 and will address the rally in Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar.
