Ahead of the announcement of the dates of the Lok Sabha elections, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has invited applications for 189 posts of Provincial Civil Services (PCS).
In the recruitment advertisement the applications have been invited for 10 posts of Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) and 17 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs). Apart from them, recruitment will also be done to the posts of finance officers, assistant commissioners in State Tax department and officers in the Education and Panchayati Raj departments.
The secretary of the UKPSC Girdhari Singh Rawat said that applications have been invited for 189 vacant posts in 13 departments.
The commission will also start the interview process of the PCS examinations 2021 from March 18. Recruitment in 318 posts in various departments will be done by this examination.
