The unmarked speed breakers built near the Clock Tower under the Smart City Project which sparked a public outrage after several mishaps have been removed following the order of the district magistrate and CEO, Smart City Savin Bansal. The executive engineer (EE) of the Smart City was asked to reply to a show-cause notice sent to him. Earlier, the secretary, PWD had sent a show cause notice to the EE, asking him to explain at whose order the speed breakers had been built as part of the Smart City project implementation.
