The Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) received a certificate of appreciation from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on July 1. The certificate was presented to UPCL in recognition of its contribution to the nation through timely compliance with monthly and annual GST-related obligations during the financial year 2023-24. Notably, this is the third consecutive year that UPCL has received this award, having also been recognised in 2021 and 2022.
In response to this achievement, the managing director at UPCL Anil Kumar emphasided that this award is a matter of pride for the corporation as well as for Uttarakhand.
