UPES offers B Tech courses to boost growth of prospective engineers

With the admissions season in full swing, UPES officials have claimed that the university offers some unique B Tech courses that can help prospective engineers thrive and grow in their fields of interest. The B Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Space Technology involves specialisation in space technology and aims to create industry-ready professionals by training students in a wide variety of areas of space technology including orbital mechanics, space sciences and space environment, and modern satellites and spacecraft. B Tech in Electronics and Computer Engineering is a mix of hardware and software, and is aimed at creating a new generation of engineers with the electronic and computational skills required to meet the needs of the high-tech industry.
B Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Defence Technology prepares students in a wide range of defence technology domains, including warfare simulations and strategies, defence control and navigation, and the fundamentals of rockets and missiles. The B Tech in Automotive Engineering provides students with an in-depth knowledge of conventional, electric and hybrid vehicle technologies, economic and sustainability analysis of electric vehicles among other aspects. The B Tech in Applied Petroleum Engineering focuses on the oil and gas industry, and how to apply that knowledge to various petroleum operations. B Tech in Mechanical Engineering (thermo-fluid systems) equips students with learning numerical and computational methods with the necessary knowledge to tackle problems in various industries.
