UPES signs MoU with University of Nottingham for academic collaboration

To strengthen international academic partnerships, UPES signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University of Nottingham which has ranked 108th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2025. Senior UPES functionaries said that the MoU marks the beginning of a promising collaboration aimed at cultivating global learning experiences, academic exchanges and joint research initiatives. They further said that though the arrangement is initially meant for the students of the School of Advanced Engineering, UPES, the MoU has the potential for exploring such collaborations for other schools.

Hailing the agreement, the head of Internationality at UPES and dean, School of Law, Prof Abhishek Sinha said that it would facilitate faculty exchanges to elevate academic standards of both   the universities.  “This partnership opens doors for transformative academic exchanges, enriching both our students and faculty with global perspectives,” he said, adding that this collaboration would evolve into a dynamic platform for co-creating knowledge, fostering innovation and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
