Udham Singh Nagar district magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadauriya has topped the ‘Responsible’ category and placed among the top five district magistrates in the nation in the ‘Best District Magistrate 2026’ special edition published by Fame India publication. The publication evaluated thousands of administrative officials from about 800 districts on the basis of administrative skill, leadership quality, answerability, farsight, innovation, swift decision making, problem solving skill, public communication, sensitivity towards public welfare and other aspects. Field reports, media analysis, expert opinion, public reaction and available administrative achievements were also considered. Bhadauriya was acknowledged for his public-centric administration, answerable governance system and commitment to swift and effective solution of public grievances. Under Bhadauriya, various development and public welfare works have been executed efficiently in Udham Singh Nagar, which have also been acknowledged at the national level by the government.
