Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) Dehradun organised a programme to mark the International Day of Yoga on Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering, the director of USERC, Anita Rawat said that Yoga awakens inner consciousness while enhancing physical and mental health.
Yoga expert Dharmendra Kumar Gupta of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies explained the nuances of Yoga and Pranayama Kriyas. About 50 people participated in the programme on Yoga.
