The Uttarakhand Vidyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP) will conduct the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) entrance examination on November 30 across the State. This information was shared by the UVSP secretary Vinod Simlati during a recent meeting with the centre administrators and examination in-charge.
Simlati informed that the DElEd Entrance Examination for the 2022-23 academic year will be held on November 30, from 10 AM to 12 PM at 225 examination centres across 29 cities in Uttarakhand. He further added that 6,3501 candidates are registered for the exam.
Additionally, he stated that candidates who do not receive their admit cards or encounter any issues related to them can obtain their admit cards by visiting the nodal centre in their first selected examination city on November 28 and 29, 2024. In order to receive the admit card, they will need to bring a copy of the online application form, two photographs, a photo ID and an affidavit.
During the meeting, Simlati further provided guidelines to the attendees, emphasising the meeting’s necessity, objectives and importance. He also discussed key aspects of the examination in detail, stressing that conducting a copy-free and transparent exam is a significant responsibility.
