Various events held on BoB 115th foundation day

Various events were held to mark Bank of Baroda’s 115th foundation day on Wednesday. A two-kilometre morning procession was held from Transport Nagar branch to Rishikalp orphanage, Chandrabani where umbrellas and chairs were donated to the institution and awareness was raised among the children on single use plastic ban.
Regional head Anoop Sharma and deputy regional head Netra Mani planted saplings as part of green India campaign. A blood donation camp was also inaugurated by noted environmentalist Anil Prakash Joshi.
He exhorted the gathering to protect the environment, stressing that the future of people will be secure only when they all take care of the environment together. In the evening, the retired staff members were felicitated by the regional head.
Customer meetings were also organised by various branches of Dehradun region on the occasion.
